Wabasso Causeway Park

Offering a couple nice sandy beach areas to launch from, Wabasso Causeway park is a great place to start your search for dolphins and manatees in the Indian river lagoon.

Jungle Trail

Located on the North section of the Historic Jungle trail, and inside the Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge, this launch drops you into quiet Spratt Creek, great for a fishing trip or just escaping into the wild florida mangrove coves. Not too far of a paddle is the Pelican Island, a protected rookery for breeding birds.

45th St

Here, we launch you into the Lagoon across from Gifford point, close to Joe Earman Island park. With several coves and channels to explore, this is a common place to see dolphins early in the morning.

Riverview Park

This launch point near the Sebastian docks is a great starting point to explore some of the spoil islands that were created by dredgers during the creation of the intercoastal waterway, a 3000 mile waterway from Boston MA to Brownsville Tx. Some of these Islands are recreational use and some are off limits as wildlife sanctuaries.
